• Preparer can check the return transmission status, including queued, transmitted, accepted, and rejected statuses (with accompanying reasons). The app provides date filter options for ease of access.
• An appointment summary is readily available for enhanced organization.
• Both administrators and sub-preparers can communicate with one another through an integrated messaging option, enabling efficient exchange of information.
• The application includes authentication codes as an added security measure for logging into the web or desktop application, implementing two-factor authentication for user protection.
